  • Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos? 100% Yes. All images are of our actual products. You will receive the exact design, monogram pattern, and hardware shown in the gallery.

  • Will I receive a tracking number? Absolutely. Once your order is processed (typically within 1–3 business days), a tracking number will be sent directly to your email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
